Description: Don (Dennis Hopper) has just been released from prison and attempts to piece his life together while batteling the bottle and the repercussions of a tragedy, which still festers in him lika an open wound. His wife Kathy (Sharon Farrell) is scraping by as a waitress at a local diner, shooting smack and fooling around with the owner.

Their daughter C.B. is a rebelious teenager experiencing the frustrations of growing up in a small town and the difficulties of adolescence. She is mourning the loss of Sid Vicious, but finds another kind of hero in her struggling dad. She has hopes now that he's out they will finally be a happy family. But when that last hero is destroyed she lashes out in one final and shocking act of revenge!

A nihilistic piece of cinema from the backyards of America with a fantastic cast and a tour-de-force performance by Dennis Hopper both in front and behind of the camera. For some reason, this movie never really got a proper release back in the old days, but is today earned something of a cult following.
